Can you help me fix my Microsoft Outlook 2003?

At my office all of the employees use Microsoft Outlook 2003. This mail server links back to a server at our parent company. My problems is...evertime I click to open Microsoft Outlook it looks like it's going to open but it automatically closes and brings up this error message.

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened."

I have repaired/re-installed the program and that did not help.

You haven't mentioned if the problem occurs only on one employee's computer, or all of them, or something in between.

Sounds like a problem with the exchange server you are trying to connect to or a problem with the way you setup Outlook. You will have to go into your control panel and into the Mail link and edit your profile. Hopefully that will correct any issues with Outlook.
