I dont think they have yet....Last I heard they upped the price a bit..and if yahoo declines the offer..they might take their bid hostile...or maybe walk away......I think they should go hostile and take over yahoo......yahoo needs help....it's falling apart..
Ballmer, will look like he mismanaged this whole Microsoft-Yahoo deal. Microsoft has nothing. Windows Vista is a disaster, and everyone hates paying the Microsoft Monopoly Tax for each machine - and the perpetual service pack upgrades, virus attacks, crashes etc.

Yang (Yahoo's CEO) will look like a greedy slob who turned a potential $33 stock into a $20 stock. In the name of greed, he screwed the Yahoo shareholders, and might have to deal with lots of lawsuits.
