Yahoo,microsoft,AOL online lottery won by me?

I was informed on my email address on 30.07.2007 that I have won an amount of 1500000 GBP as my email address was one of the 10 lucky winners of online lottery organised by Yahoo,Microsoft and AOL Lottery .Now the agent has informed me that the parcel containing winning chequesand other relevant documents has been handed over to their affiliate courier service.When I contacted the courier agency they informed me that I have to pay 800 USD (35560 INR),Tthen only they will despatch the parcel on my address in INDIA.

So please inform me the following things -

It's a scam dont do anything else i get them aswell .
100% SCAM. Yahoo doesn't have lotteries or cash giveaways. Neither do Microsoft and AOL. If they did, you can be sure there would be a LOT of advertising for it all over their web sites. Just delete that email, and any others like it that you are likely to get. DON'T click any links in it, and certainly DON'T reply to it.
