Transfering Microsoft Word Document from a PC to a Mac? Does it matter whether its Word 2003 or 2007

will it work perfectly no matter which version i have?



i need to transfer a science report from my PC to my schools Mac by emailing it to myself but will it be able to open it on my school mac? btw they have those newer macs that are the size of a regular flat screen lcd/tft screen(2-3in thick)



and they have microsoft word on the macs too

Between the operating systems, it doesn't matter. The Microsoft Word format is the same.



However, there may be a conflict between 2003 and 2007. Be sure to save your document as type: .doc and NOT .docx. This will ensure that you can open the document on any Microsoft Word.
