i open a .jpg image with microsoft office picture manager but its only shows 'other folder exist. the selected locations do not contain pictures to preview. Other folder or files exist but cannot be previewed.' how to solve it?

2. Try to get another copy of the picture file. Maybe the data is corrupt.
