my microsoft word dosent work at all.when ever i try to get on it say's user name initails organization and product key. i dont know a product key so can someone give me one or somthing i really need help.at first it used to come on but now it dosnt

Sounds like you have a pirated copy. No serial you are out of luck.
You can always try your luck this way: do a Google search for warez... you will lprobably find a key, but make sure you have an up-to-date anti-virus program running.
